All of us know that printing has become an essential part of
our life whether it is at home or outside the home. Nowadays, we are using the
computer for our every work and printing is one of the important processes of
the computer. Whenever we need a tangible result of our work we need a printer.
But think once when you are using your Xerox printer Error 016-757 and suddenly it starts to
refuse to print. How do you feel? Obviously, the situation becomes annoying
when your machine doesn’t provide you the desired results. And when your Xerox
printer denies you to print, it means it has been suffered from error 016-757.
It may occur because of entering the wrong password and due to audition

quality. So here are some steps to fix the Error 016-75. Try the following options to resolve Error 016-757:
Option 1: Allow the XSA
Whether the XSA is on or OFF, It cannot tackle with more
than one user. So when XSA is on, the users have to enter the password, this
will lead the users to the printing access. After entering the password the
users must be aware that the XSA has enabled and created a user id of 111. After this set the PPD in
CUPS, that always prompt and to “send user id only”. Use it, when you print and
now you will receive the code of 111 and your task will be completed.
Option 2: Confirm your accounting type
Users must be sure that they have adopted correct accounting
type i.e Network vs. Standard accounting.
Option 3: Check user id and account
You must verify the user id and the account. It can be done
in following ways:

Click on the “configuration tab”.
·
Then change the account mode to “user”.
·
Tap on “detailed user settings.”
·
Change the password settings as commanded by
your printer administration.
·
You error has been fixed.
If this doesn’t work, go to the
next solution.
Option 4:
Insert your default password.
Option 5:
You should disable auditron security settings from the administration menu.
Option 6:
Remove the print queue from the machine and add back it again.
