Check the cartridge

Turn off
the printer for a few seconds and turn it on again.
Check the imaging
drum unit:
In the most cases, the error may cause due to the imaging

Make sure that you have locked the drum in its place.
Check the transfer belt:
Transfer kit is the most

Open the front cover and push the lever that
