Check the cartridge

·         If you have replaced the toner cartridge, and the error persists, you have to reinstall the cartridge.
·          Turn off the printer for a few seconds and turn it on again.

Check the imaging drum unit:

In the most cases, the error may cause due to the imaging drum depletion. You have to change it immediately into a new one. If the drum is okay then you have to complete the process of reinstallation of the drum. Make sure that you have locked the drum in its place.
Check the transfer belt:

Transfer kit is the most sensitive part of the printer. So whenever the transfer belt is worn out it is recommended that it has to be replaced immediately. If it is not done, it may harm your printer. Follow the given steps:
·         Turn off the printer and let it cool down for few minutes.
·         Open the front cover and push the lever that locks in the transfer belt and raise it carefully to remove it.
·         Lift it gently.
·         Replace the transfer belt.
·         Make sure to lock it before putting the lid.
·         Plug and turn on the printer.
